Any of you have good recipes for Perch & Rock Fish?

Went fishing 2 days ago. They don't sell fish baskets up here that I can find. I bought a stringer because the kayak doesn't have a live well on it. Caught some perch, and a few Croaker (too small).

Went back to shore and was catching more perch. Was trading them out for smaller ones and letting them go. Ended up with 10 good sized ones on the stringer. The fuckers ended up pulling it out of the ground and swimming off. Hopefully most of them swam off the string.


The day before I caught small trout out there then a 2ft rock fish, and some perch.

Yeah I got too many of them on there and left them there a bit too long. They pulled it out of the ground and swam off. I'm pissed off about all of it but as long as most got off its not that bad. Just don't want them all dyin for no reason.

Just finished cooking what I caught the day before though.
