I don't get why they dont just repeal it and work on improving it little by little.

1. Repeal with like a 1-2 year phase out.
2. Remove state lines from insurers and allow overseas pharmaceuticals to lower the cost of insurance and prescriptions.
3. Do something else to negate costs like directly regulating the medical insurance, doctors, hospitals etc to lower their fees.
4. Do something else to help people that cant afford insurance get healthcare

Simple as that.
